PC Gaming Sabatical 2 Comments
As some of you might have noticed (although not many) I've been taking time out from PC gaming and ventrilo.
Originally, this was due to work commitments, however, recently it's been through choice.....
I was asked last night (on one of my rare visits to ventrilo) If I missed it and to be honest.....no not really LOL.
I've only played about 7 hours of PC gaming in the past 2 weeks and to be honest I struggled to play as long.....See PS3 gaming has become the norm for my "gaming experience" just now...and I reckon it's because it's easier to pick up a PS3 game and play for 1/2 an hour or an hour or something and put it back down....no stress, no strings and no constant badgering on Steam or Ventrilo with multitudes of questions LOL.
Also my PC doesn't DO full HD graphics but my PS3 does and believe me when I say it does make a difference to the whole experience when you couple it to 5.1 Seinheissers :D
I reckon I needed to take time out from PC gaming just to re-charge the batteries and not lose "interest" in the whole gaming scene but, unfortunately, it gave me a much better insight into the console gaming scene and I currently prefer it.
Just a pity that the PS3 doesn't do ventrilo.....
Doesn't mean I won't be on server as much in the future I just won't be "residing" on them LOL.

:( Poo! Just come around once in a while so that you can see how much you really miss us! :D I must say though, you are available no matter what gaming you're doing...and for that I thank you! :)
yeah i agree with the fact that a Console is easier to pick up and just have a bit of a go on if you want a quick game of something to chill but With like CS:S you go on then you get asked to help with something and you end up not having fun more having to work. And gaming is meant to be fun. i have to say i play on my Xbox and just feel lighter than when sat at a PC. But you do such a great job here and on server you need a break every once in a while. as to not get too bored of it. So i will also say thanks because you are always willing to help.
