Ok,

So I've been suffering from "Man-Flu" for the past week or so and it's starting to wear me down.

Debbie is a pharmacist so I've got all the latest "cold and flu" remedies and stuff but to be honest it's a tenacious bu**er and doesn't want to give up without a fight.

I can cope during the day with the aches and pains but it's quite scary waking with a jolt during the night as your brain tries to tell you that you can't breath through your nose any more as it's clogged and no matter how hard you try if you don't wake up you're gonna die really quickly.

It's also slightly "disconcerting" to play CSS when you struggle to hear anything at all through "flu clogged" ears.

Roll on the weekend.

welcome to my allergy filled life is clogged sinuses, except I have it year round. nose so clogged breathing is impossible, my condition 4/7 days of the week, lol. you get used to it.

as for the ear thing? that always sucks when you are unable to hear anything clear. drink mo' orange juice!

Homemade chicken suit, plenty of liguids and snugglez from Debbie!

...think about getting the flu shot next year. They recommend getting it around Oct/Nov. You can still get the flu, but it will be a much milder case! (I'm going for it tomorrow~finally!).
